Shipping costs depend on a number of factors including: the country or carrier selected to ship to and sporadically for very large orders the volume of the order.
The minimum order amount is €19.95
Delivery times
The processing time before an order is shipped depends on which products are in the order and how many products are in the order.
Packages are not shipped Friday through Sunday due to risk of delays at a depot.
Delivery times listed below are only an indication of the delivery service. Delivery times may vary sporadically in reality.

Return
All plants on our webshop are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are perishable goods. Returning these products is therefore not possible. This also applies to refusing a package at the door or not picking it up at a pick-up point.
Plants can suffer significant damage if they spend twice the time (or sometimes even longer) in a box to be returned after being refused or forgotten at a pick-up point. We cannot protect tropical plants from this and there is no special packing method for this. We can only allow for normal shipping time and a slight delay. For more information, check out the FAQ.
