Shipping costs and delivery time

The shipping costs depend on a number of factors such as: the country or carrier that is selected to send to and sporadically the volume of the order in very large orders.

The minimum order amount is € 19.95

Delivery times

The processing time before an order is sent depends on which products are in the order and how many products are in the order. The processing time can be checked on this page.

Packages are not sent on Friday to Sunday due to the risk of delay on a depot.

Delivery times mentioned are only an indication of the delivery service. Delivery times can actually vary sporadically.

Weather insurance

With this option you take out insurance for € 3.95 per plant against damage due to weather conditions. We will carefully see which insulation materials are required for your order, based on the temperatures instead of destination. Orders will therefore not be sent as standard in an insulation box after adding this insurance.

Despite our insulation materials, has an insured plant suffered damage due to weather conditions? No problem, we will replace or reimburse the plants in consultation with you!

Return

All plants on our webshop are excluded from the right of withdrawal, because they were perishable. Returning these products is therefore not possible. This also applies to refusing a package at the door or not picking up at a pick-up point.

Plants can suffer considerable damage if they are twice (or sometimes even longer) in a box to return after a refusal or a forgotten package at a pick-up point. We cannot protect tropical plants against this and there is no special packing method for this. We can only take into account the normal shipping time and a small delay.
