The Caulocattleya is a hybrid of orchid arising from the orchid genera Cattleya and the Caularthron. Another name for this hybrid is the Diacattleya. One of the most popular Caulocattleyas is the Caulocattleya Chantilly Lace. They bloom with spectacular characteristic flowers in the spring or in the summer. In addition, it is a fragrant orchid, which makes this hybrid orchid a favorite of many collectors. They like to be in temperate to warm climates, which allows them to be kept in living rooms as well.
