Today, the Hapalochilus is not an officially recognized orchid genus anymore. For example, the Hapalochilus dolichoglottis is now officially a Dendrobium dolichoglottis. And the Hapalochilus microrhombos is now called Bulbophyllum microrhombos. They are compact orchids that are ideally suited for use in a terrarium place.
