Coelogyne

The Coelogyne is an orchid not well known among laymen. But it is certainly a special addition to the collection of orchids. This orchid is usually characterized by the richly filled flower branches with a large cluster of flowers attached to them. The yellow flowers of this species have a slight lemon-like fragrance. Nice and fresh! But there are also quite a few varieties of this orchid that have another sweeter pleasant fragrance. Usually the lip of this orchid has a contrasting color.
