Characterize

This popular tropical species is characterized by the cups. The cup edges are slippery, making animals easily slip and fall into the cup. The cup is filled with a liquid with enzymes that slowly digest the animals. The plant extracts nutrients here. 

Care

The plant may only be in a nutrient -poor soil and must remove its nutrients from the cups. Moreover, this plant likes to be in very high humidity and temperatures of approximately 24 degrees Celsius during the day and at night it can cool around 6-8 degrees. This plant are more intensive to take care of and have special care requirements.
